Bennett Mill Bourbon™ is a beautiful expression of a traditional product. The Mash bill of corn, rye, and malted barley is flavorful and easy drinking even at 90 proof and is perfect any way you take it.

The actual Bennett Mill was built in 1846 on the East bank of the Fox River just north of the State Street Bridge in Geneva.  The Bennett Brothers bought the ailing grist mill in 1865, and built a successful business selling finely milled grains and specialty flour products. As the only Mill in the area it would have been the primary supplier for the local distillery who would need milled grains to make their whiskey.
