For 35 years we have served the Downriver community, but we are no strangers to the business! When we emigrated to the United States in 1979 in search of opportunity and a better life for our family, we never dreamed we would continue the family business in the States. With that said, we are fortunate to call Downriver our home and be part of the community. At Vreeland everyone is treated like family! Without our loyal customers, we wouldn’t be business we are today. With that said thank you for your continued support.

I love the friendly, professional staff. Art, Mark, Donnie, and Bill. Are all great fellas. The gals are equally as friendly. The store is a super busy and the line moves fast. They have a deli, they have a U.S Postal desk. They have groceries, frozen foods as well, fresh baked pizza (which optionally can be called in and ordered for carryout) and they make other fresh hot lunch type foods.
