Description

Modelo Chelada Tamarindo Picante is an authentic cerveza preparada made with beer, tomato, salt, and lime, along with tamarind and chipotle peppers for a sweet and spicy taste.

The pour is a nice dark red with a quasi white head that just goes away almost as you pour the beer. Lots of little bubbles around the edges of the glass. Smell is tomato. Mouth is medium with that thick tomato and lingers with a sticky pepper.
A pretty good chelada style from Modelo. Seems like this might turn up the acid levels for those that suffer from acid reflux. Myself, I am thinking of adding some ice cubes to my glass to cut this a bit. Not much ABV and not much different from a lot of canned cheladas.
