Aged for up to two years, this rye whiskey is distilled by Whisky Magazine’s Craft Whiskey Distillery of the Year.
Hudson Whiskey came into being by accident. Back in 2001, Ralph Erenzo purchased an old grist mill and the surrounding property because of some nearby rocky cliffs. His plan was to create a climber’s ranch…a place where vacationers could come to practice rock-climbing.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Pepper and rustic grain.
Palate: Balanced sweetness with honey and oak.
Finish: Lingering warm spice and grasses.
