Named after William Heavenhill, a former owner of the distillery site, Heaven Hill Old Style Bourbon is proudly a “straight bourbon”, meaning it is aged for at least two years, although we understand its average age is nearer four years old.

Appearance:

Clear, coppery amber.

Aroma:

Nutmeg and cinnamon spice, overripe banana, condensed milk, caramel and dried fruit.

Taste:

Leathery, almost powdered oak, pronounced black pepper and cinnamon spice with dried banana, crème brûlée and zesty citrus.

Aftertaste:

Orange zest, overripe banana, cinnamon and black pepper spice.

Overall:

A value for money bourbon with good character. Leathery oak, zesty orange and overripe banana with cinnamon, black pepper spice and crème brûlée.
