Description
Booker’s Bourbon is part of Jim Beam’s Small Batch Collection. Bottled straight from the barrel – uncut and unfiltered.
Booker Noe (Jim Beam’s grandson) originally bottled this straight-from-the-barrel bourbon as gifts to close friends and family, but eventually made it available to the general public. Each barrel of Booker’s bourbon was hand-selected by Noe and was aged at the center of the rackhouse, where the company says that the temperature and humidity are the most favourable for fine Bourbons.

Finish: Hot, long, spicy and intense. Almond, wood, corn, a touch of maple syrup, pepper.
Distillery Information
After settling in Kentucky, Beam began harvesting corn and set forth a family tradition by distilling the excess grains he harvested into whiskey. Since then, seven generations of the Beam family have been involved in whiskey production for the eponymous company.
