William Larue Weller is one of the big names you want to keep your eye out for. Now owned by Buffalo Trace, it’s been a staple of wonderfully mellow wheated bourbon goodness for decades upon decades. Presented at 45% ABV, the William Larue Weller Special Reserve is great stuff – a good balance of vanilla, savoury nuts, caramel and a small touch of spice on the finish.

A sweet nose with a presence of caramel. Tasting notes of honey, butterscotch, and a soft woodiness. It’s smooth, delicate and calm. Features a smooth finish with a sweet honeysuckle flair.
