Rabbit Hole Straight Bourbon Whiskey is adored for its honey, orange, mint and black pepper flavor notes.

This Kentucky Straight bourbon whiskey, made from four grains. With a mash bill of 70% corn, 10% malted wheat, 10% honey malted barley, and 10% malted barley, Rabbit Hole’s bourbon is bottled at 47.5% ABV. The whiskey is contract distilled while they await their distillery’s opening scheduled for 2018.

Rabbit Hole Straight Bourbon Whiskey Tasting Notes

Nose: Young and hot aromas of orange, honey and mint, followed by almond cookies and toasted rye. Rich and sweet, slightly herbaceous.

Palate: Creamy flavors of orange, honey and mint with hints of toasted grain, followed by ginger and black pepper. A touch of maple syrup and a whisper of smoke.

Finish: Hot finish with orange and almond aftertaste, and a trail of honey and cinnamon.
