Description

Bravo Bourbon is made with choice wheat and corn, aged in new medium-char oak barrels, and proofed to 90 for smooth, easy drinking. Warm aromas of caramel and fig introduce this rich, buttery spirit with notes of toasted almond, subtle oak, and spice, pleasant nose of light citrus along with a strong alcohol smell. Also get the citrus, alcohol, and the lightness. Add to that a definite apple aroma. Oak and maple syrup come to mind first. Secondary tastes include black fruit and a little bitterness. Medium-long with some nice heat on the back of the tongue.
