Delicate notes of candied apple, light toffee and pear drops…nuances of rose petals, carnations, and lightly toasted malt. The palate entry is grainy and moderately sweet; at midpalate, there’s a burst of red pepper backed by tastes of pears, peaches, mushrooms.
