Description

Hazed yellow-golden body with a frothy white head. Pungent Simcoe aroma: very piney with lemony citrus and fresh cut grass. Bold flavors. Simcoe is very flavorful but pungently bitter as this one is, notes of fresh green hops, grass, earthy pine, and grapefruit & lemon zest, malt is mild and somewhat grainy. Medium body, very resinous, moderate carbonation, bitter and dry finish.
